NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS:
BUILDING REFURBISHMENT WORKS AT 4 CHICHESTER PARK CENTRAL, BELFAST, BT15 5DU
WAVE Trauma Centre invite applications from suitably experienced contractors to undertake building and electrical/security works for the conversion of a residential building to a commercial office space meeting health and safety and disability regulations.
This property is a three-storey residential property, of slated roof, brick and render construction and was built circa 1900.
The proposed building works are re-roofing; external re-decoration; site works; internal electrical works and data-cabling; plumbing; minor structural works; and part re-plastering and re-decoration.
Contracts may be fulfilled separately or could be completed fully by one main contractor.
The contract works are estimated to be circa £180K inclusive of VAT and are to be completed within 6 months under a standard minor works building contract.
An architect has been appointed, and all works will be carried out to drawings and specifications approved by planning and building control.
Contractors are asked to register their interest by email to k.shannon@wavetrauma.org by 5pm on Monday 3rd February. Drawings and specifications will be issued by email upon registration of interest.
Closing date for clarifications is Friday 7th February 2025 by 12 noon.
Tenders including all supporting documentations must be submitted by email (in PDF format) to k.shannon@wavetrauma.org no later than 12 noon on 12th of February 2025.
